Product Description

A washer that fills slowly or receives no cold water may have a faulty inlet valve. This electric valve connects the household water hose to the washer and controls when cold water enters the tub. Damage may also allow water to seep into the machine between cycles. Before replacing the valve, confirm that the supply faucet is open and the hose is not blocked, bent, or frozen. Disconnect electrical power and shut off the water before removing any panels or hoses. Keep a towel nearby for trapped water. Follow the appliance diagram during installation, secure the hose connections, and watch for leaks during the first fill cycle.
