The bellows was hard to get around the drum
My problem was really shipping. The clamp came flat in a box inside a larger box. The bellows came in a very small box all twisted so it would fit. I had to put the bellows in the dryer to warm it up to get all the kinks out of it. Even at that it wanted to curl up to the shape it was in the box. Also the spring on the front clamp was so tight I could not get it to stretch over the drum so I used the old one. Working well now.

The washer was leaking at the bottom of the door.
I figured out that the bellows needed replacing. I followed the instructional video supplied by this site. It was easy to take the washer apart along with the bellows but I had a HELL of a time getting the thing back on. It took some tweaking and patience but I got it on there nice a secure. Don't forget to put a little dish washing liquid around the rim where the bellows goes. It made the job a little easier. All in all I saved a couple hundred bucks doing it myself,
