Small puddle of water on the floor at right side of washer - leaky hose
To investigate the leak, use a putty knife, push against a couple of clips on the top edge of washer to unlock & lift open the top to look inside. I saw water but can't tell where it was coming from. The pump housing looked dry. So, I put in a wash load & saw the leak on the "tub to pump hose". I also touched to confirm. Replacement of th

e hose is very simple. Pull washer out to get access to the back. Unplug washer, turn off water supply just to play it safe, I don't believe it is necessary. Remove access panel on the back bottom by removing screws with a screwdriver. The hose is to your bottom left. Use pliers to remove both clamps to remove the hose. There will be some water in the hose. Use a towel/wet vac to dry the floor. Hose installation, needless to say, is the reverse. If your water supply lines are too short for you to pull the washer out to get access, you will have to shut off the water & remove the 2 lines. I also replace my water supply lines with the braided type for durability & not have to worry about leaky lines later.
