Why does the tub rub a hole in the drain hose? It make mess that cost hundreds of dollars to clean up.

Hello David, Thank you for the question. This could be an indication the Tub is off center. We suggest checking the Suspension Rods, Fix Number: FIX11760917 for wear ro damage. We hope this helps!
