I'm getting the LE error code. The unit moves the drum and spits some water out but leaves clothes wet, seems it won't do a full fast spin to drain the tub but rather gives me the LE code. Is it the Stator assembly or do I need to replace the drain pump and motor assembly? could the LE code be referring to this part? Also, do you have a video on replacing the Stator assembly? looks complicated? what am I looking at cost-wise to have it done? Should I just replace the washer? I believe its over 10 years old and used ALOT! Should I shy clear of LG and Samsung front loaders?
For model number LG WM4270HVA
Hello Mark, Thank you for your inquiry. Check the motor harness and sensor first for any visible damage or loose connections, and you can the rotor and sensor for any visible damage and test with a a multimeter. While we do not have a video for the exact part numbers for the rotor and stator of this washer, we have included links to our videos for similar parts to give you a general idea of the repair. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
