I am looking to replace my pulsator, and noticed that it comes with the bolt (I hope I am reading that correctly). However there is a washer/nut/washer combo that my system does not seem to have (or is missing). Is this nut required? And what makes this particular nut, so expensive? Thanks for your time!

Hello KP, Thank you for the question. If your appliance did not have the Common Nut and Washers, the pulsator would not stay on the shaft. They may look to be part of the shaft of the Clutch Housing Assembly. We base our prices on what we are charged by the manufacturer for the parts.
