Washer would spin, but not agitage
Replaced agitator coupling. First removed large white agitator assembly. It all came out in one piece. There is no bolt on the top that holds assembly onto shaft (as in most other washers). I pulled it out with my hands although it took significant force. The only hard part was removing the old agitator coupling. this was the hardest part. I ended up breaking it into pieces to remove it. Then cleaned the shaft very well and installed the new Agitator Coupling. Replaced the Agitator assembly. Coupling kit fixed the problem.
