Original drain pump leaked
Small quarter inch drive ratcheting wrench was useless. At first I used a small 6-point 5/16 box wrench to remove and install mounting screws, but a 12-point works much better. Use a prick punch to align tbe slip nut on the mounting bracket with the holes in the new pump, otherwise you might lose one (I did). I installed the hoses on the new pump before mounting the pump, then attached the pump coupling and clamp after mounting thr pump to the pump brackets.
