clothes got hang up in the agitator coupling in it broke into
took the old coupling off and put the new on pretty simple

Was not agitating due to stripped plastic spine on agitator coupling.
removed agitator by lifting off coupling. use socket wrench to remove bolt from plastic coupling. remove old coupling. install new coupling. rebolt. reinstall agitator. very simple job. :-)

Stopped On Spin
I could not get the agitator off so I was on my way to get some rope and a 2x4 to pry it off. I just happened to try the spin cycle and it worked and is still working. I am waiting for it to happen again to attempt to remove the agaitor.
