Product Description

Safe wash and spin cycles depend on the door closing, locking, and being detected correctly. A worn door lock can prevent the washer from starting, interrupt a cycle, or trigger a door-related error code. First check the door hook, alignment, gasket, and electrical connections. Match the replacement to the full appliance model because similar locks may use different plugs or mounting points. Disconnect power before opening the cabinet, and wait for the drum to stop completely before handling the door. Do not operate the washer with the lock defeated.
