Showed an e2 code which could mean door lock problem
or wiring connector (but) if I opened and shut the door the code went off and the unit went into Max spin and completed the cycle which emptied the remaining water out of the tub and the clothes!!!! Unplug the washer. Turn the H/C water valves off at the wall. Place a bucket up to the back of the unit. A pair of channel locks will help remove the H/C lines from the unit. Let the hose flow into the bucket. 2 star screws upper? L/R corners of the top, remove. Top slides back, lift up and take off. The cold in let will have 2 sm hoses with clamps. Squeeze the clamps together with your pliers and slide back on the hoses and pull the hoses off the nipples. The wiring connector has a small tab u push and it disconnects from the unit. The inlet valves have a tab to the side of the hose connector that u pry up with your screwdriver to unlock it so u can push the inlet free and pull out into to drum area. ( Reverse all of this and your good to go.) Hot outlet, same deal!! Easy job, $50 & 1hr fix even if you aren't a tech!!!!

Water would continue to run and fill washer to the point of overflowing onto the floor.
Unplug the washer.
Remove the hot and cold hoses.
Remove 2 torx screws, 1 in each corner of the top cover on the rear.
Lift cover and gently slide to the rear to remove.
Use pliers or channel ocker to squeeze the spring hose clamps and slide them back further on the hose. There is no need to remove them.
Gently twist the hoses, one at a time as you pull on them to remove them. Do one valve at a time.
Unplug the little molex plugs from the valves, gently, take your time thus is delicate plastic.
Use a screwdriver and gently lift the locking tab on the valve face and slide the valve to remove it, reverse these directions to replace everything.
Be sure to flush the hot and cold hoses with water,to remove any debris prior to reinstalling the hoses.

Water would fill up wash tub when not in use if you did not drain it every day
Unplug power, then remove cold water hose from washer. Take tow screws out on back of washer right below the top,one on each side. Then pull back on top while standing on the back side of washer.,the top should lift right off.the cold water valve is the one on the right side.take a pair of pliers and squeeze the top of the hose clamp together and slide back on the hose an inch or so.there are two clamps ,do the same to the other one .then with the pliers grab ahold of each hose and twist and pull at the same time and the hose should come off.then remove the wire from the valve..should snap off.then with a flat blade screw driver gently pry on the valve towards your left while standing on the back side of washer,at the same time using your other hand to pull and it should come off.now get your new valve and install.put each hose on and grip each hose clamp and slide in place back where they were before...you can see an outline on the hose where they were... now plug your wire in and screw water hose back on,plug power cord back up and that’s it.
