Broken door glass
You must remove the oven door. Put allen wrenches of appropriate size in the holes just inside the hinges. Close the oven door as much as possible, then pull the door out from the bottom to release the hinges. Leave the allen wrenches in place. Remove the brackets from the bottom of the door (one screw each). Then remove the the scre ws from the top of the door and remove the outer door gently. Remove the next section of glass by removing the three screws from the metal bracket and then removing the bracket and glass panel together. Then remove the metal bracket screws for the next glass panel and ease it out. There will be a bracket underneath held by the same screws. The inside glass panel may require removing the 4 screws that hold the hinge mechanism in order to slide the glass out. Now clean everything and put it back together. Slide the door back into the hinge slots, open carefully and remove the allen wrenches

Inner Oven Door Glass Broken
I don't know how the glass was inserted into my oven door, but I DO want you to know the reason why I turn to your company. . . your people and service!They are always good listeners... this order, I had no model number for my Kitchen Aid 24" Superba Wall Oven..it had been scrubbed off!!! I had tried all sorts of Kitchen Aid places to n o avail..no help. I told my husband that I wish we had kept the invoice from you. A few months before, we had stumbled on your site while trying to find interior door trays for our Kitchen Aid Refridgerator. Even then, when we had a model number, the person on the other end of the line was extremely helpful and polite...not to mention efficient...but I forgot to save your site for future reference! However, as I was breaking down cardboard boxes later in the day, I found your magnet which was in the box of refrigerator parts and immediately ran in the house and called. The person on the other end of the line was so helpful, even without a model number!!!! Since that time, I have told people about your site and helpfulness. You have made our family so happy to find a company who truly cares about customer service.....Thank you so much!!!Rebecca
