Is it possible for the thermal fuse #WP97559242 to be intermittent. Oven heats and cooks as designed, power goes out for a few minutes after usage, come back on after a few minutes with code P F.
For model number KEBC147VSS00
Hi Alexander,
Thank you for your question. This thermostat is also known as a thermal cut-off fuse and is used in conjunction with your range. This part establishes and maintains the internal temperature of the oven cavity. When the temperature of your range gets too hot it will trip the high-limit thermostat safety, this will cut the power to the oven so that it does not continue to overheat. To verify if the thermostat is working correctly, you will need to test it with a multimeter for continuity. You should receive a reading of zero ohms or near zero. If you get a reading other than this, you will need to replace the thermostat. If you would like to place an order for it, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

Bottom Oven will light but broiler will not light. Igniter clicks and I can verify that there is spark but nothing lights. There is also a strong smell of natural gas.
For model number KGSS907SSS03
Hello Dylan, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the igniter is weak because the spark is not sufficient to ignite the gas. Therefore, there is a strong smell of natural gas. We would recommend you replace the broil igniter, part number FIX11744847, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

THe door didn't come off as easily as the video,
but when we had the oven 1/2 out, we gave it 1 big tug and it came off & went back on very easily when we finished. My neighbor & I followed the video and everything went smoothly. My neighbor was very impressed as was I. It took us a little because we had to find boards & to set it on when we slid it out. It took about 25-35 minutes.

Lost all power to stove after self-clean cycle. Could not open door.
Took off top cover plate that covered the larger cover plate. The larger cover plate covered the thermostat. Took out about one dozen small screws in total. Removed wires from defective thermostat and then removed two screws holding thermostat. Reversed procedure for installation. Repair was easy, the only difficult part was finding a cou
