The purpose of the carburetor is to mix the air and the gas before the combustible mix goes into the engine. If the engine won't start and the tank is full of fresh fuel or if the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. Please note this high-quality metal body carburetor is sold individually, it includes the gaskets and fuel lines.
