The piston ring is made out of metal. This is a genuine replacement part used in compatible blowers, cultivators, edgers, trimmers, and vacuums made by Ryobi, Troy-Bilt, Yard Man, Bolens, MTD, and Yard Machines. A set of pliers might be required during the replacement of this part. It may become bent or broken and will need to be replaced. This is sold as a set of two rings.
