This is an authentic Echo replacement part manufactured for use with outdoor power equipment. The starter assembly is used to engage the starter pawl in order to rotate the flywheel when starting the engine. This starter assembly includes the housing, the starter spring, pulley, rope, and handle. This starter assembly is sold as an individual replacement part.
