This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement part that is intended to be used with wheeled trimmers from Yard-Man, Troy-Bilt, MTD, and Cub Cadet. The skid assembly attaches to the bottom of the cutting head spindle. This item is used to protect the spindle and allow it to move over the ground. This item is sold as an individual replacement part.

the old original was wore out loosened 3 bolts and removed unit installed new one and whala done and working
