It will send a message to the charger to keep charging. This will eventually cause the charger to overheat and potentially smoke.

I am looking for a charger for my Black and Decker LST140 40V 1.5ah Trimmer/Edger. This doesn't seem to work on my model, but it is what came up in my search. Thanks
