This part includes one OEM lever. Your lever is meant to regulate the amount of line that is fed from the auto-feed spool. If the line of your trimmer is feeding wildly, it could be due to a worn lever. Replacing the lever is a common repair, you may want to consider having an extra lever on-hand, especially if you use yours frequently. For this straight-forward repair, you will need to remove the cap and spool.
