Can the sensor be tested before I order?

Right Sensor, Wrong Plug- No Problem
It was hard to find this part to fix our Breville Toaster Oven.
Even though the connector plug was the wrong type, that was no problem since I just spliced the old plug onto this sensor and viola... Toast!!
