This is an authentic manufacturer-sourced replacement component which is specially designed for use with walk-behind tillers. It is the special mechanism which allows a user to pull-start the engine, over time components may begin to wear out and fail eventually requiring a replacement. Please note this high-quality component is sold individually, the assembly includes the durable plastic housing, the starter pulley, the recoil spring and the pull rope with the handle grip.
