Product Description

This is the switch used to turn the unit on and off. It is an authentic Skil replacement part made for use with table saws. Because switches have moving components, over time they will wear out and will eventually fail. If the saw would randomly turn off or require multiple pushes on the switch to start it, replacing switch may resolve your issue. Please note, the plastic lever that changes rotation is sold separately. This repair is rather simple and you should only need a screwdriver to get the job done. • First make sure the unit is unplugged • Remove screws from the housing • Separate the housing • Take note of how the wires are connected • Disconnect wires from the old switch • Remove old switch and secure new one in place • Reassemble and test the unit
