Extension Roller 44-96-0140

Guide tubes that drag, stick, or move unevenly on a panel saw may have a damaged extension roller. This red plastic roller sits within the frame assembly and allows the guide tubes to travel from side to side. Check for cracks, worn edges, flat spots, or a bore that fits loosely on its mounting point. Compare all rollers because uneven wear can affect movement. Before service, unplug the saw and make sure the blade has stopped. Secure the moving guide assembly so it cannot drop, replace the roller as shown in the parts diagram, tighten the hardware correctly, and test the movement by hand.
