This is a genuine manufacturer approved v-belt. It is specially designed for use on Hitachi cabinet/table saws. This is the main belt that would spin the blade. It is recommended to clean the pulleys before installing a new belt to ensure top performance. This part is made out of rubber and it is sold individually. Replacing this belt is a very simple task. You should only need a screwdriver to complete this job. • Remove the cover • Remove old v-belt • Secure the new belt in place • Reassemble and test the unit
