I have a ROWENTA dg8624. It's not steaming. Red light comes on. Tank is full but water is not pumping to the boiler I guess.
I rinsed out the boiler tried it again and it steam for 5 seconds. Probably the little water it had.
Is there a pump on this unit or valve?

Can you tell me where the water inlet port is on this boiler. I am assuming the boiler is pictured upside down with the outer port shown on the bottom. Thank you.
