This is a genuine manufacturer-approved part which is specially designed for use with Murray and Snapper snowthrowers. It is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty bushing that was installed on a new unit. The purpose of this bushing is to allow the shaft to rotate with minimum friction, please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this hardware.
