The chute rotation motor attaches to the pinion. This is available as an individual replacement part. This authentic item is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with snowblowers made by Murray, Snapper, and Simplicity. A screwdriver may be necessary during the installation of this part. It is made of durable materials and will require replacing if it breaks.

I’m trying to find a chute motor for a Simplicity 1628p. I came across FIX11832252 which is compatible with the 1528 and 1728. I do not see the 1628 listed however.
