Product Description

This is an original part from MTD and Yard Machines for use with Snow Blowers. The auger drive cable connects the auger control lever on the control panel to the engagement lever in the auger drive system. The most common reason for replacing the cable is when it is broken, causing the snowblower to not properly pick up snow. This part is sold individually. The tool that you will need to replace the auger drive cable is a 3/8" socket.
