Product Description

This bow tie cotter pin fits snow blowers, as well as other gardening tools. The pin helps secure the auger to the shaft on a snow blower. Due to constant wear, this is a commonly replaced part. Tip: Extra pins are recommended. *Please note: this part is sold individually. For installation instructions, refer to the diagram provided by the manufacturer.

The right side of the mowing deck was dragging the ground.
I identified the area and compared it to the opposite side which still had the cotter pin and place. The cotter pin on the right side had been lost in the mowing process. I used pliers to attach the new pin and all is well! Super glad to find a website that carries all parts for my dad's mower. He has dementia and can't remember where the manual is so I was glad to find fix.com.
