the bowl developed several cracks and needed to be replaced.

The bowl is easily removed from the machine to pour out the food and to wash it. I called Fix it and they took down the model number and told me they in fact did have replacement bowls. I ordered a new one, it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, unfortunately it was not the correct bowl. Would not work with that model. I called again and the person took the model number again, placed me on hold for about 30 seconds and then came back on to say that in fact it was the wrong bowl and because of the age of the model there were no replacement parts available. He sent a prepaid return label and said when they receive the bowl I will receive a full refund. I expect they will refund my money. Overall they were easy to deal with, just wished they hadn't made the original mistake. Read more...
