This is an authentic Hamilton Beach replacement part, not an aftermarket imitation. It is supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with slow cookers. It is designed to cover the crock helping to keep the internal temperature. This lid consists of an oval glass and a black plastic handle with (2) ventilation holes.

Does this lid have the hole for the temperature probe to go through the lid like the original part?
