The bellows fits next to the valve and the bellows cup. This part is available as an individual replacement part. This is an original Delta part for use in scroll saws and is made of rubber. It might require an allen wrench to replace this part if it becomes broken. This item may become broken and will need to be replaced.

Bellows cracked leaking air
Pull off plastic cover behind table.
Loosen screw clamp on old bellows.
Underneath the bellows pull off the plastic blower hose. Remove the wavey washer from the bottom half of the
bellows. (Bellows is 2 piece)
Remove both parts of the bellows and discard the cracked half. Install the new bellows to the bottom half of ... Read more the bellows. Reinstall the bellows and attach the wavey washer to secure it to the saw. Push the the blower hose back into the bottom of the bellows. Reattach the bellows to the bottom of the C-arm with the screw clamp. Enjoy the new blower.
