It is an authentic Milwaukee part which is made for use with reciprocating saws. This is the special lever which allows a user to release the shoe. If the part is missing or is damaged, this will provide an identical replacement for the original component that was installed on a new unit. This high-quality lever is made of durable plastic and is sold as an individual item. Note, the hardware to secure it is sold separately. Does this release lever come with the pin as well
