Product Description

This replacement tire is an authentic OEM sourced item that is specially designed for Jet bandsaws. When putting the tire on a band saw it may seem too small, however it really is not. These tires will typically come approximately two or more inches smaller than the old tire you are replacing. Over time these tires tend to stretch and harden becoming less effective allowing for blade slips eventually requiring replacement. To make replacement process easier you will need to put the new tire in the warm water to heat the tire enough making it pliable enough to stretch. It highly advised to have two people in the stretching process. Please note this durable rubber tire is sold separately.
