It is a genuine OEM sourced replacement hardware which is specially designed for use with Hitachi compound miter saws. This is one of the special screws that are used to secure the cover, please refer to appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and use of this hardware. It is a high-quality flat head screw which is sold individually, not you will need a Phillips screwdriver to install or remove it.
