It is an identical replacement for a missing or a damaged shaft/roller that was installed on a new unit. The part supports and drives the sanding belt. This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced part which is made for DeWALT belt sanders. Refer to the appropriate diagrams for your model for the correct replacement procedure.
