Product Description

This replacement carbon brush set is specially manufactured for Skil routers. It is an authentic OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket equivalent. Brushes play important role because they act as a conductor in an electric motor. Carbon brushes through friction and heat will gradually wear away requiring replacement. This set includes (2) carbon brushes in plastic holders with lead wires and springs attached. You will need a screwdriver to complete this repair. • First remove screws holding the cover • Remove the housing • Remove the old brush • Install the new brush • Reassemble and test your tool
