Table came with 3 red inserts, have misplaced all but the smallest one. Need replacement. Can you help?

The 1/4 inch thick one is part# FIX16668966-measures 2 1/3 inches in diameter, the one that is 1/3 of an inch thick is part# FIX16668965, and the one that is 7/8 of an inch thick is part# FIX16668967 for the model number that you have provided.
