Does this base assembly come with the height lever and associated screw and spring? It is pictured as included but those parts are also available separately. Don't want to order them if I don't have to. The picture does not show the assembly latch which secures the router in the base so I'm assuming that must be ordered separate? Just trying to figure out what all comes with the base assembly.
