Replacement of a door handle
Repair is really self explanatory. Two set screws hold the handle in place. But, the first handle that was delivered was white and I needed stainless steel. A customer service rep (Jake) took the time to tell me how to return the white handle using the UPS shipping label that was e-mailed to me. He also had to search deeper than their on- screen parts page. It was not clear which part number was for the stainless steel handle. I received the correct part (W10356566) three days later. Thank you Jake . . . .

Scratched Handle (Main Door)
Loosened the two screws using the 1/8 in. allen wrench. Removed the scratched handle. Replaced it with new handle. Tightened the two screws with the allen wrench. DONE in less than3 minutes!
