I need instructions on how to replace the refrigerator thermistor for this model. The refrigerator section keeps freezing food.
For model number WRT318FZDW02
Hello Garry, Thank you for the question. Here is a Repair Story from a previous customer. "I unplugged the refrigerator to remove power. I pried off the back plastic cover. Loosened the two screws with a nut driver. Disconnected the original thermistor and connected the new thermistor. Rerouted the wire and replaced the plastic covers. Restored power and waited for the refrigerator to return to temperature and shut off." We hope this helps. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
