Tools:Nutdriver
Nozzle broken off of water outlet
Removed outside beauty ring by releasing at bottom of frame. Using nut driver, removed keeper screw and bracket to release tubing from frame. Removed bottom kick plate, disconnected tubing and then pulled on tubing to make certain tubing was not stuck in door. Cut off nozzle from old tubing and using a 1" long screw with head cut off, screwed screw into end of old tubing and end of new tubing. Then pulled old tubing down through hinge while using down pressure on new tubing until new tubing extended below hinge. Cut off tubing from pull screw, pulled new tubing through until new nozzle lined up with mounting location. reinstalled keeper screw, routed new tube to end of supply line connector, cut off as needed and reconnected new line to supply line and connector. Pressed water valve to make sure no leaks, reinstalled kick plate and beauty ring. Job complete and did not need to turn off water valve

Tools:Pliers, Screw drivers
nozzle broke off on water spout
Piece of cake. Turn off water to fridge and pull out carefully. Remove filter guard on the bottom and unscrew the connector to the line that feeds the water spout. Pull out the hose at the top where spout and hose meet just enough to tape (I used athletic tape, I'm an athletic trainer!) the new hose and old hose together. Then, from the bottom, pull the old hose through to feed the new one through. Reattach the new hose to the connector (little bit of a tight fit, make sure you don't kink the hose pushing it in). Turn on the water to make sure the connection is solid. If it is, then just re-install the water filter guard and push unit back in. My screw went missing, so I just used one that I had lying around that fit and screwed the new spout in. 15m, max. No problems at all!
