The part Support WP13062602, has turned to where the clips do not hald the crisper up and it slides off. I have completely unscrewed the part but it will not loosen or come off the fridge in order to adjust it. I do not know how it became angled down but the shelf slides off and falls onto drawer below now. How do I adjust this piece so that it keeps the shelf up? There appears to be some sort of clear plastic fastener that holds it onto the inside of the fridge side but this will not come off (did not use much forse as I did not want to break). Please help.
