Push Buttons on Ice Controller had stopped working.
Removed the 2 screws holding cover on. Removed old overlay and peeled and stuck new one on. Plugged back in and reinstalled cover.

Control panel would not work. Could not change any settings.
Remove panel from refrigerator door by removing 2 hex head screws at bottom of panel. Unplug wires from back of panel. Remove black decal and replace with new part. Plug wires back in new part. Install panel with the 2 hex head screws to complete installation.
