Used the screw driver to pop the cap off. I used my screw driver to easy the start relay off and the overload . Put the new one on . This was not what was wrong . Have to replace the defrost broad then it started working well

refrigerator and freezer both stopped cooling
Removed the panel from bottom rear with 1/4" nut driver and pried the plastic cover for relay and overload from the compressor. Next I removed the two wires, red on bottom for overload, white on top left side for relay, then pried off old parts from compressor. Replaced everything in reverse order. About 10 minutes and works like new.
