Freezer working refrigerator not cooling. Could this be the problem

Hello Bob, thank you for reaching out to us. The most common culprit is a failed evaporator fan motor, part number EAU61644102. This fan draws cold air over the freezer's cooling coils and blows it into the fresh food compartment. If the motor burns out or the fan blades get blocked by ice buildup, cold air never reaches the refrigerator section. Listen carefully in the freezer when you press the door switch, you should hear the fan running. If it's completely silent or making squealing or grinding noises, the motor is likely dead. You can test it with a multimeter to check for continuity across the motor terminals. Make sure this is no ice buildup, and the door closes tight. If warm air enter the refrigerator it could be causing the issue. We hope this information helps!
