We have researched the model number provided, and it shows the bottom cam parts are sold individually and not as part of a kit; the door stop, part number FIX12364111, and the hinge bearing, part number FIX11770608. I am looking for the freezer door cam for this model, bottom of the door. The cam that is there has a 3/4" hole to fit around the hinge shaft. The cam doesn't have any shaft on it. thank you

Noisy fan that kept getting louder and door wouldn;t stay open!
Emptied the freezer and fridge, took the insides apart and spent more time cleaning them then it takes for me to clean my truck. The parts replacement was easy and fast. Every thing fit just like it was supposed to. The shipping was fast and now I am once again a happy camper which is just what I am getting ready to do, TRAVEL! Now that I don't have to worry about the freezer burning the house down. My Wife can once again sleep with both eyes closed. Hard to find a repair person for a fridge that old. Easier to sell me a new one BUT, It took them 4 1/2 hrs to get this one in the house. (Kinda big) I appreciated the fast delivery as well as the videos and such on your site. Fridge now looks new again because I tore it all apart. I do it to the stove when I clean IT. Your EXPERT SERVICE tends to make a person feel as though it is personal as well as important to you just as it was to me. Thanks again and had I not rattled on about it, my comment would have been a lot shorter. Easy task I might add.. JR
pulled fridge out removed cardboard took out old valve turned off water cut water line in however could have skipped that step because that part doesn't get replaced, however they send a nice coupler, loveit push in water line connectors put it back had ice and water again easy repair happy fixing
