Ice filler inlet broke off from hitting the wall. Water in the basement resulted.
Turn off the ice maker by raising the arm. Pull the fridge out to access the back. Remove the two screws holding the fill tube to the fridge. Pull the fill tube straight out. Removed threaded broken piece from the old fill tube nut. The old nut wouldn't come off the tube so I used it instead of the new nut that came in the parts kit. Atta

ched the fill tube to the new part. The fill tube fit exactly. I glued a bourbon bottle cork on the back of the fridge next to the fill tube to prevent it from impacting when the fridge is pushed against the wall. Shouldn't ever break again!

Incomming Water in the freezer section was freezing some of the water was being sprayed all over
I followed the video instructions to replace (2) items: Icemaker water fill tube kit and dual outlet valve kit. my problem was solved. My particular model the location of the dual valve was on top of refrigerator exposed unlike the video version which shows in the lower back of the refrigerator.

cracked elbow on the fill tube-water leaking out the back of the fridge
Once again the website came through. The right part in stock and it shipped the same day I ordered it . Watched a repair video that explained everything. Unplugged the fridge and turned off the water supply to be on the safe side. I used a 1/4 inch socket to remove the screws holding the old part. Then I removed the old part and compared

the length of the old and new parts. Got lucky cuz I didn't have to trim the length on the new part. Installed the new part making sure it was all the way in and replaced the screws. Then trimmed about a 1/4 inch off the water line and put in that little metal part. Put the new compression nut on the water line, put the water line into the elbow and finger tightened the nut. Done. 20 minutes. Turned on the water supply, plugged in the fridge, turned on the ice maker and kept an eye on it throughout the day. No more leaks, works perfectly.
