My ice bucket and water dose not work.

Hi Jorge, thank you for your inquiry. Check the water filter, part number FIX10063209. A clogged water filter can reduce the water flow to the ice make and dispenser, causing reduced water flow. Make sure the ice maker control arm is in the “down” or “on” position, as it often acts as a shut-off switch when lifted. Glad to be of help!
