Refrigerator isn't getting cool, what do I need to do
For model number FFTR1814QW1
Hello Tiny, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model, if your refrigerator is not cooling properly, we recommend replacing the run capacitor, part number FIX3495561. You may also need to clean the condenser coils. The condenser coils are usually located under the refrigerator. If the condenser coils are dirty, they won’t dissipate the heat effectively. As debris builds up on the coils, the refrigerator becomes less efficient, causing it to work harder to cool. Check the condenser coils to determine if they are dirty, cleaning them will help with cooling. We hope this information helps.
